New Vehicle Limited Warranty with Bumper to Bumper Coverage*
Every new Ford or Mercury vehicle carries a Ford Motor Company New Vehicle Limited Warranty with Bumper-to-Bumper coverage against defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Extended Powertrain Limited Warranty (North American Produced Only)*
In addition to the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, vehicles produced in North America also come with a 5-year or 60,000 miles Extended Powertrain Limited Warranty. The Extended Powertrain Limited Warranty does not require a deductible and is fully transferable to future owners at no cost.

Lifetime Brake Pads Warranty
The braking system is one of the most important safety mechanisms of your vehicle. It is necessary to check it regularly to ensure it functions properly.
With the Lifetime Brake Pads/Shoes Warranty*, you can drive with peace of mind knowing you receive brake pads/shoes specifically made for your vehicle, and they are guaranteed for as long as you own it. In addition, we will notify you when it is time for your next inspection, so your brakes continue to perform properly.
*Valid only for Motorcraft® brake pads/shoes purchased after April 1, 2026. This warranty is non-transferable (meaning it applies only to the original vehicle owner). It covers brake pads/shoes only; labor costs are not included. Other components, such as brake discs, are also not included. Pads/shoes must be installed by a Ford or Lincoln dealership in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, or by a technician at a Quick Lane® facility. Certain vehicles are excluded from this warranty, including commercial delivery vehicles, taxis, limousines, postal vehicles, police vehicles, tow trucks, racing vehicles, and emergency vehicles. To validate the warranty, a copy of the original repair invoice is required. Ford reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.
