Precise Changes to Maximize Performance
Depending on the Version, the New Ford Mustang® is equipped with a 6-Speed Manual Transmission (GT and GT Premium), with the option of a 10-Speed SelectShift® Automatic Transmission with Paddle Shifters. In the case of the Dark Horse™ Version, it is equipped with a TREMEC® 6-Speed Manual Transmission with Rev Matching. Therefore, you can use the gears as you see fit in any of the available options for sportier performance.

Great Performance without Sacrificing Comfort
Standard Electronic Line Lock* is a technology equipped on Ford Mustang®, this assistance keeps the front brakes locked while the rear brakes are released so you can accelerate, turn and warm the rear tires for greater grip.
*Restricted to track use. The line lock is designed for track use only. It should never be used on public roads. Consult the Owner's Manual for information on its use.

The new Dark Horse™ Version of Ford Mustang® designed for the track and capable of traveling on the street, is equipped with the 4th Generation Coyote™ 5.0 Liter Naturally Aspirated V8 engine, which makes it the most powerful equipped in a Mustang® so far. Also, it has a driver-focused digital cockpit with a 13.2-inch Touch Screen.
