Motorcraft® Warranty
Ford guarantees for up to 2 years the new parts and components that present a defect due to factory material or construction, must be repaired, replaced or exchanged, as they are manufactured with the best technology and high quality standards that ensure their optimal operation and performance.
Consult with your Ford Authorized Dealer the coverage of the different Ford Original Parts and the installation of said parts and spare parts.
How can I redeem my 2-Year Motorcraft® Warranty?
The consumer must return the part with the original receipt that has the date and receipt number to verify the purchase.
The exceptions to the Warranty are:
• Parts that failed due to misuse
• Negligence
• Alteration
• Blow
• Accident
• Use of non-Ford parts
• Installation of parts in Vehicles other than those listed in authorized Ford catalogs.
When is my Motorcraft® Two-Year Warranty valid?
The Warranty begins the day of purchase, remember to keep your original receipt.
